Heart Evangelista is hitting the headlines again, with her being hailed as one of the best dressed at the Harper’s Bazaar ICONS party at the New York Fashion Week.

And even though Heart has her glam team of professional makeup-artists and hair stylists on-call for her events and shows, she often does her own makeup, and because of this she needs to keep her vanity dresser and makeup collection organized daily.

So in her recently launched website lovemarieescudero.com, Heart wrote about how to keep your beauty stash and vanity dresser organized. “On my website, I tour you around my vanity area and give you my tips and tricks to keep yours organized,” she writes in an Instagram post.

While we might not have her enviable stash of Tom Ford cosmetics and her lovely tres marias vanity mirror, we can pick up a few of her kikay-organizing tips:

2. Keep your lipsticks stored upright in see-through organizers

If you hoard lipsticks like she does (And who doesn’t?), it is best to keep them organized—and not rolling off your dresser—by stashing them all upright in clear, acrylic lipstick organizers, so you can see the colors easily. You can find organizers like these at Make Room.

3. Use catchalls for different items

We all know about the magic of catchall containers for our entry foyers, nightstands, and kitchens, but Heart also recommends using them for your vanity. “You can put the things you’re constantly reaching for on a catchall tray, like this month’s favorite lipstick shades,” she says. These lovely patterned ones are by Heim Interiors.
