One look at this 50sqm condo unit in Manila and you’ll know that a young female professional owns it. The dominance of olive green, touches of pink, and the different patterns give it away. “She bought that unit when she was still studying,” says interior designer Leatrice Lu. “She wanted a look that would reflect her personality and a look that has a happy, positive vibe as soon as she enters.” And Leatrice was able to do just that. Coming home to this condo unit is like being transported to a happy place, away from all the hustle and bustle of the city.
