We’ve seen a good number of condo units and it’s safe to say that no two spaces are the same. While all homes feature smart layouts, clever furniture picks, and lovely colors, each has its own unique feature that sets it apart from the others. In this 31sqm condo designed by interior designer Nikki Audine, Scandinavian-inspired touches paired with a cool color scheme proved to be a wise route. Aside from maximizing the available space, the designer was able to create a unit for rent that will be hard to resist.

“When I learned that the unit is intended for Airbnb use, I made sure to make the area as spacious and relaxing as possible. The unit is facing Manila Bay and it has a stunning view of the sunset. During my initial meeting with the client, I asked her if she has a concept in mind. She’s inspired by Nordic interiors after traveling to the Nordic countries. She gave me enough budget to achieve our desired design and requirements,” shares Nikki. True enough, you won’t think about the unit’s size once you step into the space. The combination of white, light colors, and comfy pieces will draw you in and make you want to settle comfortably into the inviting sofa.
