The main challenge in designing small spaces is fitting your home needs without making the space look cramped. For one 50sqm one-bedroom condo, interior design consultant Evangeline Lim was tasked to maximize the compact space with a New York design theme in mind.

Good space planning provides a solid foundation for an effective solution for a small space design. For this project, Evangeline utilized modular pieces to maximize the space and increase storage potential. A fresh blue and green color scheme livens up the space, and the New York theme is carried out with decorative accents.
