A condo unit can be as warm, inviting, and personalized as any house. This is the case for the three-bedroom home of Jojo and Bing Crisologo. Their once-bare and unfurnished property has been turned into a stylish and functional one that meets the unique needs of their family.

To make the most out of the area, EBA Construction principal designer Mica E. Aquino changed the original floor plan. She explains that the size of the loft-type condo was fine but the layout had to be improved for an airy and spacious feel. Her team knocked down some of the walls to create open spaces. For a calming and relaxing hotel-like ambiance, a neutral color scheme was used alongside elegant furniture and home accessories.
