Homeowner Nell del Rosario purchased this 58sqm condo before proposing to his then-girlfriend Georgia. Although the unit was dark, dingy, and already worn, Nell felt that it would be the perfect place for him and his future wife.

In order to create the home of their dreams, Nell hired a contractor that would help him realize their plans. However, he insisted on planning the layout and working on the DIY projects like the wall murals, blackboard cabinet doors, and repainted stair railings. Nell and Georgia also turned their leftover wedding souvenirs— potted cactus plants—into table accessories.
