Classic-meets-Eclectic Style for a 62sqm Condo in Mandaluyong
Joel Salazar and Paul Baes of Lucina Home and designer John Vigilia chose traditional and quirky elements for this two-bedroom unit

How can you create the perfect home for a young couple and their three-year-old daughter? As with any space, you must always consider the budget, space, lifestyle, taste, and preferences of the homeowners. You can still pull off most of the usual designs that the parents prefer, but you must also create a special space for the child.
In the case of this two-bedroom unit for a lawyer and a jewelry shop owner, Joel Salazar and Paul Baes of Lucina Home drew inspiration from French design for the shared living, kitchen, and dining areas. On the other hand, interior designer John Vigilia defined the daughter's bedroom with a colorful Bohemian style.
This space was designed as part of this year’s Real Living Space at the Avida Towers Centera showroom in Mandaluyong. To learn more about Real Living’s signature event, visit realliving.com.ph/rlspace.
