Budget Finds and DIY Pieces Come Together in a Family Condo
A TV host mom shows us that a stylish and functional home need not be expensive

Decorating your own home always feels daunting. But for this TV host mom, she used the opportunity as a way to challenge her imagination and creativity. Not only did she have to design a functional home with an area of 200sqm, but she thought it would be fun to fill the house with bargain finds and DIY pieces. The result is a stylish three-storey condo befitting a cool and carefree family. Â
The homeowner credits a few simple rules to achieve her beautiful abode. Sticking with a strong, consistent color palette, using classic silhouettes, and keeping everything low-key, she was able to decorate a well-put-together home despite the space and budget limitation. Even if small spaces pose as challenges to most, it was beneficial for this family—allowing them to prioritize only what is needed and keep everything casual.
