A Total Renovation adds style to a 130sqm Condo
Maximized space, clean lines, and creative touches for a family home.
Hailing from advertising backgrounds, couple Michael and Joee Manalo had a clear direction for the design of their 130sqm condo unit. Some of the goals they set were a kid-friendly environment, maximized space and of course, the aesthetic they wanted. With the help of interior designer Pinky Cruz-Peralta, they were able to pull off what they call the modern country look they had in mind.
The designer maximized storage options with cleverly hidden cabinets and flexible storage ideas. A bright and airy ambiance was also achieved, thanks to the use of mirror elements in the various areas. The personality of every member of the family, from the parents to their two lovely kids, is also considered and incorporated in the design.
