A Modern Feel for a 168sqm Condo in Ortigas
Interior designer Ayet San Jose-Aniag used gray, black, white, and green for a cozy space

Since the homeowner once lived in an old condo in a flood-prone area, her daughter decided to get her a new place in Ortigas. While the 168sqm unit was already fit to live in, mother and daughter wanted to make the space more stylish, functional, and comfortable. In order to do this, they turned to interior designer Ayet San Jose-Aniag of Design158 for help.
For a contemporary appeal, Ayet picked a neutral color scheme of gray, black, and white with touches of moss green. She also chose sleek and streamlined pieces paired with bold and graphic patterns for a unique look.Â
