A 75sqm Simple Yet Elegant Condo Home

Many (if not all) homeowners have three important considerations when it comes to completing their spaces. One, it should be pretty and welcoming; two, it must be functional; and lastly, the space should be comfortable—so comfortable that even guests wouldn't want to leave.

In this 75sqm unit, a successful collaboration between the owners, interior designer Johanna Corteza, and a trusted contractor brought the space to life and met all of the requirements above. "Our interior designer was able to interpret our ideas, passion, and taste; and our contractor was able to put it all to reality," says the owner. After a four-month renovation period, a contemporary unit was achieved—with clean interiors and a classic look completed with natural materials and neutral colors.
