Architect Maya Franco created a youthful take on a bachelor pad for this Avida Riala model unit in Cebu. She designed a dynamic but space-saving layout by screening off the sleeping/lounging area (the screen also has shelves), integrating the wardrobe closet into workspace, and an open kitchen with a clever dining table that can be folded away into the counter when not needed.

Relaxing, 23sqm Scandi style
There are a lot of things to love in this chic but cozy condo unit: the sliding doors leading to the bedroom that could separate and unify the spaces at the same time, the slim dining space near the kitchen, and the airy, all-white palette.

22qm of raw, industrial cool

The finishing touch: a geometric, sculptural metal “four-poster” frame for the bed.

Eclectic finds in a 22sqm studio
Instead of going for the usual minimalist-modern interiors for a studio unit, architect Allen Oblena and interior designer Vera Villarosa Orila went the other direction and filled this studio unit with eclectic, vintage furnishings to create an elegant and sophisticated look. One of the standout features is this headboard/ceiling/wall accent made out of leatherized water hyacinths. Water hyacinths cause flooding in waterways and rivers, so harvesting this plant minimizes this.
