4 Photo Pegs That Will Inspire You To Get Tinted Grout

Update your kitchen and bath tiles with different shades

Hideous grout is the bane of almost every homeowner. While we'd all like to give our walls a complete overhaul, retiling can cost an arm and a leg. Thankfully, there are affordable changes like homemade DIY solutions and tinted tile grout.

There are different ready-made grouts and grout pens that come in different shades available in the market which can help you give your kitchen and bath a subtle design upgrade. If you're unsure about what colors to go with, here are some ideas you can try:

Tap into the pastel trend by choosing yellow or pink. Warm and vibrant hues can instantly brighten up any room, especially smaller spaces like the bathroom.

RL Tip: If you want a bolder look, try tinting both the wall and the floor for maximum impact.

Since blue goes with almost anything, you can pair it with both dark and light colors. For your kitchen, go retro by matching a strong sky blue with orange accents for an American diner feel.

You can also consider something more dramatic like teal tiles with a black tile grout for the T&B.

For a surprising pop of color, choose a tint in orange with strong hints of brown. This combo doesn't only look great with white tiles but also gives a more traditional feel without looking dated.
