4 Stunning Flower Arrangements that You Would Want for Valentine’s Day… and for the Home too!

Express your love with fresh blooms

Flower shops will surely be busy in the coming days as couples, friends, and family members, are expected to order a bouquet or special arrangement for their loved ones. February 14 gives us a special excuse to splurge on blooms and sweets, but you can actually use the said date to look for pegs that you can follow when it comes to decorating the home with flowers.

Aside from using clear glass jars and dainty flower vases, you can explore different ways to turn blooms into permanent home décor. Let these four photos inspire you:

Choose unexpected details

Aside from red and white roses, we usually see orchids and tulips being given away and used at home. Be unique and do your research on blooms with fascinating colors and are easy to care for. There are deep purple flowers that are perfect for the living area.

Mix it with succulents

Test your flower arranging skills by pairing your flowers with succulents and other blooms. Your finished project can be used as a dining table centerpiece. Experiment and consider adding anemones and hydrangeas, too!

Repurpose your pretty boxes

Check your closet and look for chic packaging and boxes that you can use when displaying your flowers at home. Best to make sure that it's a sturdy piece so that it won't get damaged. Once you've carefully arranged your blooms in a box, you can display it in your bedroom or home office.

Try something new

A bouquet of flowers inside a vintage envelope? You can do it! Ask the flower shop attendant if they can work on it or you can try to accomplish this on your own. Choose flowers that can last without watering and an envelope that's wide enough. Your special someone or friend will definitely be surprised!
