We are all familiar with the late Fernando Amorsolo’s paintings of bucolic scenes of farmers, barrio maidens, and sophisticated portraits of society ladies from the pre- and post-war eras.

The Philippines’ first National Artist and the “Grand Old Man of Philippine Art” masterpieces have since fetched astounding prices, the highest of which was his oil-on-panel “Under the Mango Tree” painting that was sold for a whopping P46.7 million at Leon Gallery’s auction last June 9, 2018.

While the rest of us can only dream of buying an Amorsolo painting, we can own an Amorsolo home item with this exclusive, limited-edition collection inspired by his art. Rustan’s For The Arts campaign launched a collection of 13-inch plates, pillows, coasters, card holders, tote bags, and T-shirts depicting scenes from Amorsolo’s  iconic works such as “Harvesting,” “Planting Rice,” and the noteworthy “Under The Mango Tree.” Here are some of the pieces:
