Are you a dog person or a cat person? No matter what side you’re on, we’re sure that you only want the best for your pet BFFs. Though they may be naughty at times, they never fail to make you smile—and they’re always happy to spend time with you, even when you’re just petting them in front of the TV at home. That’s why they deserve a comfortable spot, and pet beds are the way to go! Check out our picks from two local stores below:

Bow House

According to Bow House’s Instagram page, they sell “modern barkitecture,” which simply means chic and pretty pet beds that can moonlight as décor pieces in your home. Their standard beds come in three models: the Muttress, the Muttress Slim, and the Snorebox, which is just like the Muttress except that it has bolsters on all sides so your doggy (or kitty!) pals have something to lean their heads on.

But the shop’s star product would have to be the Bowsket, which is composed of a plush round bed placed inside an iron basket. The modern design is perfect for people who want to give their four-legged friends a place of their own while still keeping a sleek and modern aesthetic in their home. There’s also the option of The Dome Home, described on the store’s website as a round crate that “gives your dog a relaxing, airy and private space.” It’s definitely a step up from the boxy, thick cages available in pet stores—making it perfect for even the most spoiled dogs.

Pillows & More PH

As its name suggests, this online store sells pillows for humans and pets alike. Their eye-catching patterns frequently catch the attention of pet parents at pop-up bazaars all over the Metro. They currently have only one model: the Luxebed, a plush, tufted mattress with  bolsters on three sides and an “entrance” on the front. These come in sizes from small to extra large, meaning that every dog from Chihuahuas to Huskies can have a sweet spot of their own.
