RL Picks: Marikina Finds
There’s more to the city aside from quality shoes
Marikina became famous for its shoes. But if you will truly explore the city, it’s also a treasure trove of must-have home items.
“Skip riding a vehicle and take a leisurely stroll along the streets of Marikina. There’s an abundance of shoe stores, but only a true Marikeno knows that there’s more to that. Stroll along Bonifacio Avenue and you’ll find Crystal Lamps Furniture whose pieces are “Everyday on sale!” And at every corner, you’ll stumble upon novelty stores, surplus shops, and quaint cafes,” shares Real Living Editorial Assistant Tala Singson.
Picks by Paula de Guzman, Dagny Madamba, Tala Singson, and Issa Villar. Photographed by Dakila Angeles and Dairy Darilag.
