It's official! The largest MUJI store in the Philippines is opening in Shangri-La Plaza, and its huge. From its old 400 sqm-store, it will now span 1,400 sqms: that's more than four times its original size!

With the additional space comes more items you can shop for. Get to browse through around 4,000 products ranging from beauty, to furniture, houseware, to apparel. And speaking of apparel, you'll soon get to enjoy MUJI Labo, the brand's unisex clothing line.

You'll also experience more from their store crew as MUJI will now have advisors who will help you make the best purchase depending on your needs. Their Interior Advisors can run through space-efficient home products that improve your space. Styling Advisors can give you tips on comfortable clothing that can address your lifestyle, while Experience Advisors can assist you with health and beauty as well as stationery products.

Since you've got a lot of store ground to cover, it's pretty much a good idea to stay hydrated. MUJI will be offering reusable water bottles at P160, which you can use at their water refilling station. This is in line with the Japanese brand's thrust to reduce waste from single-use plastic.

Probably the most exciting part of the store is Open MUJI. This space aims to showcase new concepts from the brand as well as to host various activities, including workshops.

Can't wait? MUJI's biggest store in the country is set to open in the first quarter of 2021.
