3 Must-Visit Home Stores In Nuvali

Going out of town this weekend? Include Solenad 3 in your itinerary!

The South has been booming in the past few years. Commercial and residential developments have sprouted in Sta. Rosa, and one of these is Ayala Land’s Nuvali Evoliving, a sprawling community that highlights a mix of offices, retail stores, restaurants, and recreation and residential areas. And Solenad 3, its most recent addition, even has beautiful home stores you can check out. Here are some of them:

1. Lucina Home

When this shop opened at Ayala Serin in Tagaytay, owners Joel Salazar and Paul Baes were encouraged by Ayala Land to put up a store at Solenad 3. This paved the way for more people to see what Lucina Home has to offer. The shop experiences a lot of traffic especially during the weekends, and home accessories get sold quickly. And because Lucina Home carries only a few pieces of each of the items, it’s better to buy what you fancy immediately, as it may no longer be there when you come back.

Visit Lucina Home’s website for more details.

2. Furniture Republic

This 740sqm store offers furniture pieces for all areas of the home—from the living area up to the bedroom. This branch in Solenad 3, one of their nine branches, is considered a premier store. Furniture Republic’s pieces are imported from Asian countries like Malaysia and China. The store’s bestselling items are wardrobes and bedroom pieces.

Check out Furniture Republic’s website for more details.

3. Design Armoire

The idea behind this store is to make it feel like a cabinet, but instead of clothes, you’ll find furniture pieces. The store offers classical pieces that are meticulously made by craftsmen in Pampanga. Interior designer and Design Armoire’s chief of design Martin Manaloto says that they want to introduce classic pieces to homeowners in the area so they can incorporate these pieces into their modern homes. Beautiful accent chairs abound, as well as chandeliers of all shapes and sizes that will surely make a statement in your home.

Visit Design Armoire’s website for more details.

*These stores are located at 2/L Solenad 3, Nuvali Evoliving, Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
