RL News: Crate & Barrel Opens Its Flagship Store in SM Makati
At 2,800sqm, the new location will be the international retail chain's largest store in the Philippines
After opening its first store at the Mega Fashion Hall last year, there's no stopping Crate & Barrel from offering timeless home furnishings to the Philippine market. A couple of months after the official opening of their SM Aura Premier store, the well-loved brand opened its largest store in the Philippines at the SM Annex in Makati City.
Being the flagship store in the country, the new store was designed with aesthetic and convenience in mind. The architecture features materials such as warm-toned wooden siding, glass and brick for the exteriors complementing the cedar, pickled pine and painted white wood interior. Aside from offering the quality furnishings and home solutions that Crate & Barrel is known for, the new store will also showcase the brand's "Shore" Spring Collection and other signature collection of houseware, seasonal accessories and a complete line of indoor and outdoor furniture.
For more than 50 years, Crate & Barrel has been the leading home furnishings destination for timeless style, vibrant design, and great value. It opened its doors to the Philippine market as a franchise through SM Retailer subsidiary HMS Development Corporation.
