Opening the fridge is like opening a carefully wrapped present. You don't know what's inside—whether Mom got you your favorite or if you will discover something new.

There are also moments when we need to keep an eye on the food items that we put inside—especially that last slice of cake or tub of ice cream.

With LG's latest innovation, you can now check whether you need milk and other items in a snap. LG's Signature Refrigerator features transparent doors that open automatically. It also has a built-in translucent window so that when you knock on it, it will activate the light inside to help you see the ref's contents.

The LG team hopes to save more energy and preserve the temperature of the ref with this special appliance. Watch the video below and learn more about this must-have:
