Buy at student exhibits

Many top universities regularly hold exhibits of works by their Fine Arts students. Some of these universities include Far Eastern University and the University of the Philippines College of Fine Arts.

Go online

Budding young artists have found an audience online, and their sites or blogs are updated regularly. Former RL art director Arlene Sy, for example, has gained popularity for her delicate watercolor prints, which can be viewed at

Visit art fairs

Notable galleries such as Galleria Duemila and Boston Gallery participate in art fairs like Art in the Park and ManilART. These events also feature the works of up-and-coming artists.

Opt for prints

Be creative and save on costs by working with framed prints. These pieces costs less and can add color and visual interest to any room. You can purchase affordable prints from stores such as Space Encounters, Heima, and Our Home (SM Megamall, Mandaluyong City).
