Wilcon Depot opens its 66th store in Ormoc

Wilcon Depot has continuously been opening up branches around the country, and their third store for 2021 has just opened in Ormoc. This is part of their goal to fulfill 100 stores nationwide by 2025. “Alongside with the recent success of our Wilcon Online Store launch, the opening of Wilcon Depot Ormoc is one remarkable step towards fulfilling our aspiration to be the top-of-mind home improvement retailer with the strong presence of our physical stores and online store as we continuously bring our high-quality products and excellent customer experience closer than ever to our customers,” says Wilcon Depot SEVP-Chief Operating Officer Rosemarie Bosch-Ong in a release. Wilcon Depot Ormoc is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Concrete pouring ceremony held for The Larsen Tower at East Bay Residences

A second residential tower is going up at East Bay Residences in Sucat, Muntinlupa. Executives from Primaries, A Rockwell Company, led the first concrete pouring of The Larsen Tower at East Bay Residences. The 20-story tower is home to spacious one- to three-bedroom units, with cuts ranging from 35 to 107 square meters. A highlight of The Larsen Tower will be the Sun Lounge, where residents can relax or welcome guests. A central area includes a function room, fitness gym, jogging path, and swimming pools. The East Bay Retail Row also offers convenience. The Larsen Tower at East Bay Residences is set for turnover in 2025.
