Part of the challenge of looking for the perfect home is finding a place with a great location. Good thing Filinvest, one of the leading developers in the Philippines, has hit that mark with their newest residential project called Vinia Residences + Versaflats, located in Quezon City.

Found a few meters away from the MRT North Ave. Station, the development is accessible even for commuters. However, homeowners will still be able to bask in the beauty of nature because of the garden walls. In addition, it also has an infinity pool on the rooftop to help make northern living even more rewarding and refreshing.

The 25-storey property is also unique because it has units called versaflats. Versaflats are spaces that can easily be converted into small offices —a unique feature introduced by Filinvest.

The units are expected to be turned over on the last quarter of 2015.
