And aside from ample space to cocoon, the Grand Hyatt Manila Residences will also offer the five-star services of its namesake hotel: unit owners will get easy access to The Grand Kitchen, The Cellar, The Lounge, No. 8 China House, The Peak, Florentine, and the Pool House. In fact, a simple phone call can have hotel staff deliver the most delectable meals to one’s unit!

“Residents can always be assured of their safety, convenience, and comfort. We designed their homes to be a luxurious haven that would suit their needs and wants perfectly. We want them to feel fully satisfied with their surroundings by having a spacious unit, stylish furnishings, and hotel-like services catered by our friendly and professional staff,” shares Federal Land Chairman Mr. Alfred Ty in a release.

It’s all about “living grand”—so much so that residents will be granted a two-year Globalist membership, which is the highest level in the World of Hyatt loyalty program. This enables unit owners and their families to earn points for availing of hotel products and services. According to the Hyatt website, “Globalists will receive the best room available at the time of check-in at participating Hyatt hotels and resorts, including standard suites and rooms with Club lounge access,” with the possibility of having a dedicated My Hyatt Concierge. That’s something to look forward to once travel restrictions relax.

“As a company globally known for its high standards of hospitality, we work to satisfy our guests’ needs while providing a luxurious experience that can only be found in Grand Hyatt,” says President and COO of Federal Land Inc. Thomas Mirasol. “We do this by giving them our fullest attention and extending our care in more ways than one especially during these unprecedented times.”
