Tropical storm Ulysses has devasted parts of Luzon, causing severe flooding in Marikina, Rizal, and Metro Manila, among others. While we all are still bracing for the ongoing effects of this typhoon, as well a few more storms that may enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility before 2020 ends, it’s important to know who to contact in case you need help.
