Are you ready to own or move into a new condo unit? There are different factors that you need to consider before you embark on high-rise living. Think things through and review these three important questions first.

Do you prioritize convenience?

Are you working in Makati yet residing in Quezon City? If you think that the two or three hour drive is not worth your time and effort then you should probably consider living in a condo home. Condos are usually situated near business districts so it's accessible.

Would you be able to maximize the amenities?

One of the perks of living in a condo is the access to amenities like the gym, pool, sauna, or playground. If you think that you can maximize all of these, then maybe condo living is for you.

“The amenities made available in the building can help you meet new friends with the same interests," shares interior designer Peaches de Guzman-Grey. You can even schedule a play date for your kids and the neighbors' little ones!

Will you thrive in a small space?

If you can easily adjust in a small space, then maybe it's time for you to review brochures and visit model units. Small spaces motivate us to be more resourceful and creative in terms of maximizing the available floor area. It also motivates you to keep your space clutter-free and organized.
