Andrea Torres Talks About Investing in and Building a Home
She hopes to build a house for her family by the time she's 35
Like many people in their 30s, Andrea Torres is getting into the business of buying property. In an interview with Real Living and other Summit Media titles, the 31-year-old actress says that instead of going for a ready house-and-lot, it's better for her to purchase land and to build a home that's suited to her needs by the time she's 35.
A self-confessed sigurista, she adds that she’s the kind of person who would study all outcomes before forging ahead. She also admits, however, that while investing in a home is an intimidating goal, it was one she was more than willing to work hard and take risks for. “Naisip ko lang… May mga bagay na dapat simulant mo na lang talaga dahil it feels right.”
