In partnership with the Quezon City government and the National Housing Authority (NHA), Ayala Land has officially opened Vertis North. A 45-hectare estate seen to offer high-rise residences, hotels, retail establishments, and offices, Vertis North will also have a multi-functional garden that’s twice the size of a football field.

Whether you’re on the lookout for a place to live in or you’re on the hunt for new commercial spots to check out, Quezon City is filled to the brim with options that can match any lifestyle. True to its legacy of creating master planned, mixed-use, and sustainable communities, Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) recently celebrated another milestone with regard to its latest estate.

“Anchored on the development’s thrust of being innovative, young, entrepreneurial and full of energy, its infrastructure ensures that these values are supported by the city’s blueprint. To that end, the completion of its first phase is marked by the simultaneous launches of projects from ALI’s five major brands—Seda Hotel, Ayala Malls, Ayala Land Offices, Avida, and Alveo,” shares Jay Teodoro, senior division manager and estate head of Vertis North.

While we’re all waiting for the project’s completion, here are some of the things we’re excited about:

1. More shopping options

Ayala Malls’ Vertis North is poised to become a millennial mall that will cater to the fun lifestyle of the free-spirited and socially active northerners. It will also have retail destinations like Korea Town, Japan Town, and Urban turf.

2. A staycation like no other

Seda Vertis North will surely be the place to be for a relaxing break as it brings guests closer to must-visit leisure spots within the city. The five-star hotel boasts of 438 rooms and topnotch amenities.

3. A place you can call home

If you’ve always wanted to live in the north, the estate offers different options you can choose from—Avida Towers Vita, Avida Towers Sola and High Park. While the three towers of Avida Towers Vita are already sold out, you can still look into Avida Towers Sola, with its 7,000sqm land area and studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. Meanwhile, Alveo Land’s High Park Residences aims to change the game when it comes to residential living experience. The project will have a Sky Lounge and a Sky Park—two features that will give you stunning views of the city.

4. An access to the hippest places in the city

Since Vertis North is all about convergence, the development hopes to complete a common rail system that will link Metro Manila’s LRT Lines 1 and 3 and the upcoming MRT Line 7 in the next two and a half years. When accomplished, this endeavor will not only make Vertis North accessible, it will also connect the community to other urban centers in Metro Manila.

5. A special spot where you can breathe and take a break

It’s always refreshing and rewarding to have a green space where one can escape to after a tough day. The two-hectare Vertis Gardens will be the best spot to get closer to nature, to bond with friends, and even to read a few pages of your favorite book in the middle of a concrete jungle. Following Ayala Land’s reputation as a champion of urban sustainability, Vertis North will also introduce stormwater management systems to support its green spaces.
