When Emir acquired this 20sqm studio unit in Quezon City, he didn’t have plans of renovating the space. After all, it will only serve as a halfway home where he can live comfortably while he's completing his studies in a nearby university. Since the unit has white walls, Emir thought it fits a Scandinavian-inspired theme perfectly. Armed with a vision, he transformed the space without worrying about the unit's floor area. Prior to the makeover, the unit seems gloomy, with one window letting in natural light. To make it functional yet homey, Emir complemented the white walls with wooden touches.
