
The Evolution of an RL Home: From Bachelor Pad to Family Home
See the inspiring transformation of this 140sqm condo that used to be a man cave

In 2004, then-bachelor Jardine Gerodias’s condo unit had walls of varying colors: the den was blue, and the bedroom was black and red. He enlisted the help of his friend Bodek Cabrera, who was at that time an interior design student. “It took us four or five months to finish. We didn’t have a battle plan,” Jardine recalls.
The unit went through different changes—a major makeover had to be done after he got married in 2012 and a couple of adjustments had to be accomplished after the birth of their daughter in 2013.
