Since college student Ayo Lapid's bedroom is right next to the living and dining areas, it is one of the most frequented spaces in this home. It serves as a multipurpose room -- where the guests can stay and where his family uses the computer.

Design consultant Dustin Reyes had to make sure that the bedroom would be comfortable enough for Ayo to share with family and friends. He also had to change the peeling wallpaper, cracked closet panels, and inefficient room layout. In order to do this, he had to divide the bedroom into three different areas: a place for sleeping, a place for work and study, and a place for playing music and simply hanging out. Through his efforts, the space is now organized, stylish, and multifunctional.
