A Simple Makeover for Judy Ann Santos's Home
In 2005, decorator and former Real Living creative director Gwyn Guanzon improved the actress's clean and comfy space with fresh coats of paint, a few styling tricks, and carefully selected furniture pieces

A little over a decade ago, YES! Magazine thought of doing a special feature that will delight its readers and fans. Aside from the regular celebrity home feature, they chose to make the September 2005 issue extra special by doing a celebrity home makeover! Choosing the subject was a no-brainer as well. As the magazine’s first cover girl, Judy Ann Santos was the perfect choice for the cover story. With the help of her mother, Mommy Carol, the YES! Team got the actress to agree to the makeover.
Decorator and former Real Living creative director Gwyn Guanzon took charge of the transformation, even convincing Juday to allow a repainting job. After a quick and efficient process, the then seven-year-old house was given a fresh new look. Since Juday wanted to keep it simple, Gwyn chose sleek pieces and classy accessories that ensure comfort and ease. After all, the family loves to bond and spend time together.
