The before photos of this renovation will leave anyone inspired and ready to embark on a home makeover project. With her kids all grown up, homeowner Myrna M. See saw the need to create a space where they can all bond and even invite friends over. The solution? Transform the old, cluttered warehouse into a welcoming space where they can enjoy good food, good company, and special celebrations.

Interior designer Kimi Manuel based the new look of the space around the family’s lifestyle by creating open spaces, a Pinterest-worthy kitchen, and a vibe that's modern yet homey. While the structure and columns were retained, some of the walls were torn down to achieve an open, airy feel. In this feature, Kimi walks us through some of the major changes:
