This Initiative Collects, Recycles Plastic Packaging From Your Online Shopping Deliveries

That's less waste in landfills!

How many times have you ordered from your favorite online stores during the pandemic? You’ve probably lost count, and you’ve probably have a lot of plastic packaging to deal with, which may have made you feel a bit guilty about all the waste.

A small business called JuanBag is trying to solve this. From an initial project of reusable takeout containers for food establishments, founder Rachelle Lacanlale pivoted during the pandemic and started collecting and recycling plastic packaging from online shops to create bags.
