Many communities are reeling from the impact of Typhoon Ulysses as it struck Metro Manila and other parts of Luzon last Wednesday night, November 11. One of the hard-hit areas was Marikina City, where several homes were submerged in flood, prompting residents to climb on top of their roofs.
