DIY: All-Purpose Body Balm

Get rid of sore muscles in a snap with this homemade wonder

Whether you did a long decluttering session or you spent hours reorganizing your closet, doing household chores can take a toll on your body—you're bound to end up with a few sore muscles here and there. You don't have to suffer through the pain, fix it quick with an all-purpose body balm that you can whip up in your kitchen. Check out the step-by-step guide below: 

What you need: 

3 tablespoons of Cayenne Pepper
1 cup of Peppermint or Grapeseed oil 
1 cup of Aloe vera lotion
1/2 cup of Turmeric powder 
A glass jar with a lid

How-to: 

Simply mix all the ingredients in a bowl using a spatula until smooth. Transfer in a glass jar and chill in the fridge for half an hour. Use as often as needed.
