Steak is a no-brainer option for Valentine’s, and if there’s any homegrown establishment that knows the dish by heart, it’s Elbert’s Steak Room. Their St. Valentine’s 2023 set menu (P8,000/person) ticks all the right boxes with oysters, caviar, foie gras, strawberries, and your choice between the Double Gold Tenderloin Medallion or Double Gold Striploin as your main. Let One World Kitchen’s Valentine’s Day menu (by Babu’s Chef Him Uy de Baron!) show you how. Not only will you (and/or your S.O.) get to dig into a five-course meal of playful European eats—think Halibut Fillet in Lime Coconut Milk, Currywurst in Potato Pave, and so on—as jazz tunes play in the background; they’ll also be having the Eva Le Queen (of Drag Race Season 1!) hosting the dinner.
