If you’ve ever been on the hunt for your next staycation location, then you’re in luck. The Thai Cons Club might just be for you.

The term “Thai Cons” might not exactly be familiar to many, but it is to certified plantitos and plantitas. It’s actually another way to call the famous monstera plant, taken from its complete name, Thai Constellation. That’s where hotel/resort owner Emiel Patawaran drew inspiration for their business.

A nature-themed accommodation for friends and family

The Thai Cons Club, a two-hectare property located in San Rafael, Bulacan, features two spacious villas ideal for big groups such as families and barkadas. Initially, the lot was used by Emiel’s family, but they later realized its value.

“The market is good there [in San Rafael], not gonna lie,” Emiel tells the OG team. “Talagang lahat fully booked na resort. And then we want to share din the beauty of the nature, e. ‘Yon talaga kasi yung theme namin dito. And as much as possible, ‘yon talaga yung pinanghahawakan namin. Walang puno na mapuputol.”

Linatagan namin to ng fake grass para lahat puwede mong gawing relaxation area, Emiel says.

The pool also features an adjoining heated pool perfect for soothing body aches and pains. An outdoor toilet and bathroom is conveniently located nearby. The deck, meanwhile, also serves as a great place to have coffee and breakfast, also to enjoy freshly grilled barbecue.

Stepping inside the villa, one is greeted with several couches for lounging. Chandeliers also emphasize the accommodation’s high ceiling.
