The Hamptons is one of New York's favorite summer destinations, and it's easy to see why: beach houses, swimming pools, and verdant gardens are the perfect escape from the daily grind of city life. Want to take a similar getaway but need to stay local? Plan a drive (or ride a ferry) to Bataan and rent a beachfront villa at Landrina Escape for the weekend.

The floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors make the place look chic.

Opened in March, Landrina Escape offers a quiet respite from busy city life thanks to its secluded location within The Strand Subdivision in Morong, Bataan. The 1,700-square meter property features two-bedroom and one-bedroom villas that can accommodate big groups of up to 12 guests. All houses have floor-to-ceiling glass windowsÂthat let in plenty of natural light and provide unobstructed views of the surrounding gardens.

To complete your weekend escape, you can either plop down on the couch and binge-watch their wide selection of movies; or lounge around the private pool and deck. You can also spend the rest of the afternoon by the beach and wish that you never have to go back to the city.

Landrina Escape is at The Strand Subdivision, Barangay Nagbalayong, Morong, Bataan. For more information, visit Landrina Escape's website.
