A homegrown company called Baybayin Hub partners with resorts and hotels to turn their properties into co-living and coworking spaces. This initiative allows remote workers to work—and live—at the beach!

Baybayin Hub offers medium- to long-term stays. You’ll only have to pay a monthly membership fee that costs P149. This gives you access to discounted rooms for up to 80% off! According to Orly Darnayla, Founder of Baybayin Hub, rates usually start at P13,000 to P15,000 a month. It can also go as high as P76,000 a month, depending on the room. Aside from the private accommodation, package deals usually include access to a coworking space with WiFi. “You [will also] have access to the resort [and] kung ano yung ino-offer [na] activities doon,” adds Orly. Some resorts also offer common kitchens, where you can cook your meals!
Baybayin Hub is located in Bolinao, Pangasinan, Liwliwa, Zambales, and Siquijor.
