Places where you can stop, chill, and take in awesome nature views and fresh air are pretty rare when you live in a metropolitan area. So we're sure you're going to want to take note of this cool spot! Charlie's Cup is a roadside cafe along the cliffs of Balamban, which is about an hour's drive away from Cebu City. Their outdoor dining area has a large deck nestled among treetops, giving you a cool treehouse feel.

We're loving the extra-magical feel from the sun's golden rays. Complete with trees and a sleek, clean, almost rustic feel, we can totally imagine an intimate wedding happening here—or just a simple weekend escape. Best part? The place welcomes pets! Charlie looks to be one of the owner's corgies—no wonder the place is pet friendly. And it's not just fur babies that are welcome here; there's even a small play area for the kiddies, too.
Charlie's Cup offers a pretty wide menu of caffeinated drinks: You can get a Cappucino (P120), an Americano (P120), and a classic Espresso (P100), and an Iced Latte (P160). Plus, they also offer all-day breakfast, which we think if perfect after a long ride. You can enjoy a bowl of Champorado (P140) or stuff yourself full with their Big Breakfast (P250), which consists of Spam, chorizo, two eggs, and rice.
This outdoor spot is open daily from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. You can find them along the left side of the transcentral highway, just before the "Welcome to Balamban" signage. Definitely a spot worth putting on your weekend getaway bucket list!
