If you're looking for a home that's cozy, check out this bungalow home in Angeles City. Book it even in chillier months as the pool is heated. The kitchen is well-equipped, the living area is air-conditioned, and there's a videoke machine too. Guests, however, commented that the place may be too small for the advertised 12 guest accommodation. But, it's the right size for a family with kids and a couple of relatives tagging along!

Designed with families in mind, this home is situated in a farm compound so surrounding the property are fruit bearing trees, a sprawling garden, and the chirping of birds. According to the host, “balay” means house in Ilocano. This particular one has beautiful indoor and outdoor space with a view of the ocean. A 10-minute drive from San Juan, it has a spacious swimming pool, direct access to the beach and even comes complete with cabanas — imagine enjoying a drink while watching the sunset! Able to accommodate up to 12 guests, the home has five bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, and even a few toys and books for the kids.
