Thanks to the success of their television projects, film projects, and multi-million endorsement deals, these celebrities have earned enough savings to start building their dream homes.

Julia Barretto

After two successful films with on-screen partner Joshua Garcia, Julia began the construction of her dream home last October 2017. In an Instagram post, the Ngayon at Kailanman star was thankful for "another answered prayer." She said, "This is still so surreal to me."

Early this year, Julia showed off the first floor of her soon-to-be home. She wrote on the caption, "It's getting real..."

In an interview with PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) last November 2017, Julia revealed that her future home is located near her family home. This way, she can always join the family for dinner.
