This Pinay Turned Part of Her Cabuyao Home into a Mini Animal Shelter

The Philippines is home to thousands of stray dogs and cats, many of which lead hard lives on the streets, with some being abused. While volunteer groups work day and night to do what they can for these animals, they still need all the help they can get in educating the public about animal welfare and responsible pet ownership.
When Brenda returned with her husband to the Philippines some time ago, it wasn’t in her plans to be an active animal advocate, but when she rescued a stray dog and her puppies one day, little did she know that the act would change her life, and would later lead her to dream of a building a foundation for strays.
