These easy tips can help you out!

Given the parties and reunions happening left and right, it can be difficult to get hold of family and friends. Worry no more, you can still spend time with your loved ones by hosting a hearty brunch. Prepare a fresh setup, a filling menu, and tons of stories, too! Get started with these ideas:

1. Come up with a laidback table setting.

Ditch the elaborate table cloth. Go for an earthy palette of brown accented with small touches of red, pink, and blue. Instead of flowers, use twigs as your centerpiece.

2. Go for simple place cards.

Get wooden pegs and pieces of paper with your guests' names on them and voila! You now have charming place cards.

3. Serve tea.

Let your guests warm up on a chilly Christmas morning with a comforting cup of tea. You can serve light biscuits along with it, too.

4. Prepare easy-to-cook dishes.

There's no need for you to slave away in the kitchen. Head to Marks and Spencer for easy-to-prepare treats. They have a gourmet appeal even if they are simple.

5. Serve well-loved favorites as well.

If you have a bit more time, why don't you whip up some comfort food? Try this chicken pie recipe:

6. Prepare simple party favors.

You can get packaged meals  from Marks and Spencer that your guests can simply reheat. Then, get kitchen towels and wrap your simple gift for your guests.
