Real Living’s 15 years saw the team visiting hundreds of homes and showcasing makeovers that changed the lives of many homeowners. In the past decade and a half, design consultant Grace Moslares has been one of RL’s go-to professionals, whether it’s for a makeover feature, a Real Home, or as a resource person for articles. Aside from opening the doors of her charming home in Antipolo to the team, she's also behind one of the most memorable makeovers in RL history.
After seeing her projects in the magazine and online, one thing is apparent—she and the Magara Designs team do more than what’s expected. Whether it’s adding an accent furniture or including extra areas in a makeover project, Grace and her team always make sure that the owners have a pretty, comfortable, and functional home to come home to. As a makeover maven, the design consultant believes that it’s important to prioritize the paint finish when working on the house. “It’s the cheapest way for you to have new interiors,” she shares.
