If you're an interior design enthusiast or simply a fan of the world's largest furniture retailer, today is your lucky day—Ikea is opening the first IKEA Museum in Älmhult, Sweden.
The new hall is located at what used to be the first Ikea store, which opened in 1958 and closed in 2012. Visitors get to see the main exhibit which tells the rich history of the company—including the story of founder Ingvar Kamprad and how he built his empire.Â
