Although Kapamilya actress Anne Curtis has not revealed the details about her upcoming wedding with star chef Erwan Heussaff, friends have been hosting bridal showers for her, with a Hollywood-themed bash in LA a few weeks back.

Her latest bridal shower last November 2 was also Hollywood-themed, but in a Golden-Years-Of-Hollywood sort of way. It was a Breakfast At Tiffany’s bridal shower by Tiffany & Co. (of course!) and luxury retailer Rustan’s. Breakfast At Tiffany’s is the iconic, 1961 film of the late actress and fashion idol Audrey Hepburn.

According to the Tiffany & Co. website, the color “Tiffany blue”—which is actually a variation of robin’s egg blue, a soft turquoise-aqua color—was selected in 1845 by famous New York jeweler Charles Lewis Tiffany for the cover of the Blue Book, his annual collection of jewelry. The distinctive blue hue was then exclusively used for Tiffany’s iconic blue box for their jewelry pieces (including engagement rings).

Lovely bouquets to take home

Anne’s sister Jasmine Curtis hosted the shower, and close friends Karylle, Antoinette Taus, and Nicole Andersson all joined in the festivities. They also got to take home these beautiful white “bridal bouquets” from Rustan’s.
