In 2005, Asia's Songbird Regine Velasquez was looking for the perfect lot for her dream house. Since she specifically wanted to build a home on a hill, she fell in love with this site in an exclusive subdivision in Quezon City. The space became the ideal spot for a three-storey modern contemporary house for Regine, her husband Ogie Alcasid, and their three-year-old son Nate.
